Updated Artist statement

Before the start of my IB art class i had a set opinion on different mediums of art. I always thought people who could create these beautiful pieces of art with paint were very skilled and patient. And i always thought photography was the  easiest medium of art. After experimenting with charcoal, pastels, and paint i have seen break through's in my peer's art work even with their first paintings and even mine. This showed me that we are capable of performing well in all types of art as long as we put as much effort as my peers and i did in the first few months of IB art. Now i want to explore more types of art to test what i am capable of, and take what i have learned to grow in those types of mediums.

Charcoal

                            This is my drawing of my Kodak Dual-flex II film camera with charcoal.
                            I took the picture with a fisheye lens to make it look distorted, and to show
                            it in a unique angle since i didn't like the final product.
